Quick update: I called TC and was told to come up and talk to the night manager after 4:30 so I'll do that tomorrow after work. They apparently don't need much advance notice which is good. I mentioned to the day shift manager (I guess) that there will be around 10 - 15 attendees, and he said that's fine, they'll cone off an area out front for us. He also said that we'll be given 1/2 off on our food orders since we're theoretically bringing in business, which I thought was a nice gesture.
