Good eye. I can think 2 reasons ...
1) GM can't colour match plastic panels (thus requiring a 300 post long thread detailing how GM is a failure) or ...
2) They are at different angles relative to the camera so light is reflected in a different way. Look at the end of the dash piece by the steering wheel. Its the same colour as the door piece on the passenger side.
