You are demanding two polar opposites out of the same setup... Will they work for both applications, YES... Would it be ideal for both applications, no. If you are a street car that then goes to the drag or road course, you'll be fine with the standard coilovers. If you are looking to build a purpose built track car, pick one of the two and then go that direction.
