Adding fruit to a shake is ok but you must consider a few things. Your shake has coconut milk which is a simple carb and high in sugar, fruits are a simple carb and high in sugar and these ingredients don't do much to help hunger, in fact, may work the opposite. A complex carb such as the oatmeal and a healthy fat such as the flax seed or nuts will help curb hunger and digests slower than a shake with a high content of simple carbs.
A quick question that may help balance things out. What are you drinking/eating before your workout and after your workout when and what is your next meal (not including the post workout shake)?
