My question is if I inflate the tires to 32 psi at their coldest point after sitting for several days, once I start driving are they actually over inflated.
For example yesterday and today the temperature stayed in the 50's overnight and when I started the car this morning the tires were showing 32 psi cold, if I added air last week they would had been at 34-35 psi. I was just curious what other people thoughts about this was.

Better gas mileage and they will last longer over inflated
