I painted the entire bottom grill black except I left the top 2 louvers chromed.

I think you really need to paint the hood spears, that will really tie the interior and the grill together. Right now the differences really clash in the pictures (vinyl vs. paint).
As for the lower grill... I know you like your chrome, but I think I'd finish it and paint the last two. Looks good black!
And the suggestion about IOM gill accents, I like that if they are painted. Might be a good time to do it if you are in the paint shop doing the hood spears?
