UPDATE: Im going to order these

Which are just the eagle eyes without the HID kit, then order an HID kit from somewhere else. I definitely want a 5000k kit. On the produce description for these headlights on ebay it says the low beam size is H11. However, from reading everyone else's posts on here they all order H9 kits. So which should I get?
