I didn't go through all the replies, but you have to first pre rinse the chamois in warm to hot soapy water for about 3 minutes.
First get the chamois wet, then agitate in soapy water, then rinse.
There is oil in the chamois, thus the streaks.

It's got a cop motor, a 440 cubic inch plant, it's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas. What do you say, is it the new Bluesmobile or what?
