Do you have Patrick's direct email or can I just message their customer service email address? Yeah I did take that piece off and no dice. I lost a bolt earlier in there so I did have to take it off. Is there anywhere else that it could have gone? When I went to take that one clip off, it shot out but I did not hear it hit the ground. So I know that it has to be somewhere in the car. I felt around everywhere and couldn't locate it. Ugh...this blows. I will email patrick. Thanks!
