As for a CAI, there are many options, our CAI is extremely popular. It will net you 16 rwhp, better sound at WOT, improved throttle response, and it has a really nice fit and finish which looks great under the hood.
As far as your "performance chip, and a tune" comment, its typically one or another. A custom dyno tune or handheld tuner is what will change the vehicles tune, but you don't do both that and a chip because essentiall a chip is changing your tune too. A custom Dyno tune or mail order tune from a reputable and known tuner on this forum will get you what you are looking for, "Chips" are not really what people do on these Camaros.
