Ok so this is an update on the scratch/scuff or whatever it's called. I bought meguiars compound but didnt use it. I was detailing entire car. So when I used Adams swirl haze remover and then polisher the scratch disappeared. I think it's because it's pretty much like sanding. Not sure but heres a pic
