Eddie is correct. There would be three holes for your stock spoiler that would not be used under the center of the ZL1 spoiler. Otherwise the remaining studs would match up with the factory spoiler holes. I know that Rodger's Chevrolet sells plastic plugs that are painted to match factory colors for people who do this conversion.
You would also need to get a wiring harness from Gen5DIY to make the third brake light on the spoiler work.
