To many factors to say 'what intake is best'.
In many cases the stock intake will have more than enough room to make 600-800 rwhp with a bit of forced induction to it. One draw back with the factory or the FAST, is the fact they are plastic so in very high boost, or even in some nitrous applications you run the risk of the intake manifold either leaking at high boost, or coming apart completely.
