Has anyone had any leaking issue with they filter? Specifically a Mobil 1?

Im using the M1-113 Oil Filter and i put it on hand tight and put new oil it, let car run for 10-15 minutes to warm up and check for leaks. I noticed a very tiny amount of oil that had run down my filter and pooled up a little on the bottom of my filter... not enough to drip on to the floor though.

I tightened it a little more but with a oil filter tool... wiped it off good and started it again for 10-15 minutes... Same thing.

Is M1-113 not the correct Mobil 1 Filter for the V8 engine ??
Any thoughts or Ideas?
