Kinda old, they were in fashion in the early 80s, all the older kids had flip book signs so they could piss off folks or say something dirty to a girl on a sidewalk.
only similar I ever wanted was to put a LED scrollin display in my back window for when Leo got on my bumper riding 3hair off my ass, and have my personl info scroll on by. name, dob, ss#, recent offences..... tell him what he needs to know so he gets off my bumper.
