I ordered mine, but if you really want to find one..
1) Go to
www.cars.com
2) Put the info for new cars: Chevrolet; Camaro; Zip Code; Distance willing to travel
3) Start narrowing down results(e.g. 2SS only, Price Range $40K-$50K, coupe only..etc.)
Then if it shows a picture, look for the signature badass black wheels. You can also choose a variety of colors if you're set on this. I'd do 500 mile radius since it's so rare, but I'm just saying that bc Texas is so obnoxiously massive that you need to travel to get anywhere. Stay away from BRM color bc most in that price range is the Dusk Limited Edition.
