5. My dealer checked today and the car is back on quality hold, no further information was available.

I find the weather comment above, a little hard to believe. No offense intended to Blizzard. I work along the south shore of Lake Ontario. Oshawa is on the north shore. We've had a few nights in the past weeks where the temperature at night has dropped into the 30s, but nothing severe. Also they have shipped 1LE and ZL1 Camaros in March or early April. It was colder then than it is now.

My dealer has spoken to customer service and I have checked with Chevrolet Customer Service (William R) on this site and no one is revealing why the quality hold is in place.
