I didnt even mention the United Arab Emirates lol, and I asked about how both cars does 0-60 in 3.9 sec which cant be right since there is 242TQ and 53HP difference and both weights the same, but only thing i got was this

I wish by just tuning I will gain 242TQ in the camaro.... CTS-V owners, you guys need to get a TUNE, GM is taking away 53HP and (((242TQ)) off your cars
I still have a hard time with the torque numbers, BUT, I'm not too suprised. Don't they get higher octane gas over there in Europe and overseas? Perhaps that's part of the reason - more aggressive timing and tuning and such. I believe I remembered an LS1tech thread where one of the first tuners got ahold of CTS-V and tuned it and got another like 40 RWHP or something crazy.

I'm not too suprised, but that's still pretty cool
