The x-pipe will scavenge exhaust more efficiently than straight pipes, or even h-pipes. It will also alter the tone a bit. Straight pipes will sound the least refined of the three. The h-pipe will be a little less raspy, but will still have more of an "old-school" sound than the x-pipe.

If you go with straight pipes, h-pipes, or a non-resonated x-pipe, it will be your choice as to whether or not you delete the stock resonators (deleting them will make your exhaust sound more aggressive). If you choose the resonated x-pipe, you'll want to delete the stock resonators for sure.
