Hallo Armus,

I'm also planing to import a 2010 camaro to switzerland.
I'm almost done with collecting all the necessary informations and
will fly to NYC at the 6th of april!

Here are some first answers:

1. You'll definately need a Xenon-Wash-System. Otherwise you won't pass the
MFK at the Strassenverkehrsamt. (road traffic licensing department).
There are 2 possibilities:
DIY (Do it yourself) or bring the car to a shop.
Some shops offer a complete package for arround 4'000-5'000 Sfr. which includes:

- Installation of a Xenon Wash System
- Changes on the Lights
- Exhaust Modifications including the Exhaust-Test
- Noise Measurement (Lärmtest selber beim DTC)
- Security Tests (needed for Vehicles newer than 2007)
- Getting all documents Ready
- MFK/Vorführen

But even with only little technical skills you should be able to do
about 60-90% by yourself and save a lot of money.

2. I don't think so. I've already sat in two 2010 camaros here in switzerland.
You just can't recieve some of the radio stations. Since most of the Radio Stations
send on 2 or more frequences you'll probably be lucky. But c'mon who is listen to radio
anyway?

3. Not shure on that one. (Sorry but I don't care about the radio)

4. As far as I know are some Canadian cars equiped with Tacho-Meters in Km/h
which is definately nice for us. But it is not necessary because ghe Strassenverkehrsamt accept
both the US and the CAN tachos.(Because the US-Models with mph tacho do display kmh on the analog instrument
cluster as well.)

Let me know how far you are with your plans or send me a PM.

Grüess,
Mike
