There is nothing wrong with doing a Muffler Delete systems. Doesn't matter if you've spent $25k or $35k. It's all about your budget. At the time I did mine the Magnaflow Comp systems were going for about $950. I did my muffler delete + resonated x-pipe + tips for around $350. The other $600 I used for my shifter and CAI.

If money is not an issue, I agree, go with a built cat-back from Magnaflow or SOLO or Cherry Bomb or whatever...but if you're on a budget like I am don't discount the muffler delete.

If you're intrested in the muffler delete, go through my thread...learn from a couple mistakes I made. I've been happy with my setup.
