What is your idle RPM? Tuners walk a fine line trying to get the idle perfect and sometimes forget to take into account the AC drag, although the heater shouldn't put a drag on the car unless you're running it in AC mode. It may just need a little more idle speed or tweaking of the IAC.

Next time you're in it, start the car up normally without the heater/ac on. Increase the RPM's just slightly and then turn the AC on.
