I hope not, but reality is if, money is not being spent in other areas then you wonder what production cycles will be like moving into the 2Q?
One thing I do not like to see are plants idled then see a start stop sequence. That is a forecast of what’s to be. It may not happen at all and it could be extended.
Buyers are still holding onto their money, and not spending. I was in a meeting today with 50+ people and the general consensus is, any stimulus monies receive by these individuals would go to pay bills. In a sense, the bailout is just paying bills and merely a fiscal tourniquet.
Good news I guess but I would rather not see the Impala affected.
