Would some one PLEASE just measure what I asked for?

Just divide 26.3 by 28.7 times .501 and you'll get your answer. If you can understand one of those fancy phones (which I can't), just use its calculator. The answer is 0.459". Nothing Wizardly about it, basic trig. 3* negative camber would be 3 times that, or 1.37". Assuming your 19" wheel has a 1/2" lip, measuring at the lip you should see 0.349" difference from bottom lip to top lip for each degree of negative camber.
