I would suggest a good Paint Cleaner, go easy and use a non gritty cleaner maybe one of the synthetics, then follow that with a polish then wax it. You may want to visit a local reputable auto detailer who has at least three years of experience and ask his/her opinion. This is hard to speculate on and you do not want to end up burning through the clear coat.
