it doesn't really sound like a metal vibration if that makes sense... It sounds like what a loose plastic panel vibrating would sound like, but i'm pretty sure i did't move any plastic pieces...

Like u said id have to hear it...its probably something so easy u dont know what it is..check the extensions on the o2 sensora maybe the connectors are hitting something when u start it up? Did u tie them down to somethink? I kbow mine were to loose so i tied thwm down
