Look for a post by JohnVS on that page and then on the following page for a list of SoCal dealers. If I were you, I would personally go with the dealership in Long Beach. Steve Majick is the contact there and he is a very helpful guy.
As far as "pre-ordering" is concerned, you can no longer "pre-order" (the deadline for that was March 16th) but you will still be able to submit an order. Keep in mind about the price increase! Let me know if you have any other questions. Good luck!
