You were already told. The only way to get the BP down without spending the money for another turbo and additional work is to turn down the boost. Drop it to 5psi and live with it for now and at that level the turbo should last and you shouldn't damage anything. Save money and either modify what you have or scrap it and go another route....lesson learned although it was the hard way sometimes ....well a lot of the times that is what happens.
