Maybe an hour. It is a direct replacement. The only trouble I had was removing the center brake light from the original spoiler. One of the screw heads was stripped out. Had to of have happened at the factory when they installed it to begin with. I was careful and it took a bit of time. Other than that, no big deal. Just be careful. Easy to scratch something.
