Wow - what a great experience. Maybe that's why my Dad always did business with Vandergriff for almost 50 years. Realistically, I think that is what GM expects of their dealers on delivery (if you read the sales survey). Mine was an okay experience at Stonebriar in Frisco, but not that good.
