I think if all it take is a 50 bucks electric fan to push air into your intake to make power than maybe every major turbo fabricators just might go out of business or switch their name to "electric" lol. This is nothing but a scam. There's no way a 12volt electric fan is going to push all that cfm of air into your intake. Maybe in a unrestricted enviroment but not in your engine compartment into your intake. It wont happen!
