before i had my camaro i had a black '06 Ford Explorer and it def. sucked keeping it clean. I'm very anal in terms of how my car looks. So I decided to get a red camaro bc i aways thought red was a hot color for a muscle car, plus it would be easier to keep clean.
I wash my camaro usually twice a week, but as of now, i havent washed it for about 10 days (off and on rain) and it still looks really good even with rain spots and some normal dirt/dust....if you dont have the time/money/patience to have your car really clean all the time, dont get black.
although i do agree with other posts that NO other color looks better then a perfectly clean black car!!
