I double-checked and according to car and driver's buyers guide for the 2013 Z06 the fronts are 18 x 9.5 and the rears are 19 x 12 so you are correct on the rear wheels.

The better balance of 11" in the front and rear will give the Z/28 less understeer and a more balanced cornering stance. However the curb weight of the Z06 at 3175 lbs is something to contend with. It will definitely be faster in the straights.
