hey guys
had my baby almost a week now and couldn't be happier however this is almost an entire week without howard stern lol
i wanted to upgrade the xm radio to include best of sirius (or premium or whatever the're calling it these days)
i have my radio id but when i go to upgrade it says account can't be verified, when i set up my account it says an account already exists on the radio
the xm was on when i test drove and bought the car, and the car was shipped from alabama if that makes any difference (with the radio on)
anyone have similar problem they resolved or any input on how i'd solve this or if there is just some standard username passwords etc just to register
i know the obviouse is to call customer care but i have 3 other sirius subscriptions and i think alot of you know it's not the most fun
