I recently did it on another car. Here's what you do.
Call the (800) 248-4114 number and wait for the automated deals. They'll give you the list of each monthly and quarterly deal. At the end of the choices, they'll give you a "press XX for none of these."
The operator will come on and she should without hestitation, ask you about the lifetime subscription. It's $399 currently.
