Just got off the phone. ALL orders placed before Halloween are sitting at the screen printers as of yesterday evening. The screen printer has one large order to do before ours. I don't know if it'll take a day to do...or two. However, this is where we are at.
We ordered about 15 extra long sleeves to try to get other orders filled which came AFTER these orders. However, we did NOT order extra hoodies simply due to the cost. If we ordered three extra hooides for inventory, that would cost us $100 to hold until sold. That isn't feasible when hardly anything is being made off the shirts in the first place.

Yes. We are working on it. Apparently all emails were answered by Tuesday with all questions answered, but.... I never got the emails. Why? Don't know. But, when I called, all questions were answered in a matter of minutes. I'm sure he got back to us but there was a simple problem in the emails. No matter...production never stopped and the shirts are getting worked on!
