From what I understand 4B00 is "bayed", which is post Q/C and waiting to be shipped. If there was a holdup in getting stripes for cars, I could see them sitting at this status until they had the stripes (dealer told me they ship in the trunk of the car and dealer puts them on). So, IF there is a shortage of stripes and IF you ordered stripes, you could be waiting(extra week or 2 maybe?!?!) otherwise I think you're just waiting for transit to start and might be about 2 weeks out.
