There is a baseline cost for quotes I find. Which is fair enough if it was my business too.
I was quoted £400 to do a small blemish as some companies quite for spraying the whole panel.
Maybe that is the right way to do it, but my local chip repair guy does magic to small chips and areas for £90-£150.

My rear deck Spoiler was going to cost £130+ to be painted in the UK ex collect/deliver and VAT.
I expect my 3D Carbon kit will be £300+
The 3D Carbon Vents wil cost another $135 from USA supplier
Wing Mirrors, same again, each, I expect. $
Engine cover, brace bar, fuse cover ... unthinkable as the masking & two colours manual labour will blow it out of the Wallet. £$

I kinda feel that with the right conditions, warmth, still air, careful multiple coats, dust free lacquering ... I'm gonna get an equally good job on small parts for much cheaper, and I get to change my mind, save on delivery costs and any 'misunderstanding' and can do repairs later.

That's my thoughts out loud ...
Have I talked myself into yet? Anyone screaming "Nooooooo" ?
