Update:
Friday the shift plate/panel arrived. I assembled everything and it looks really great! I used small wire tire / zip ties to assemble the gauges to the plate since it's missing fasteners and clips for that part. Doubling the zip ties makes it really solid with no movement or possibility for squeaks or rattling.
The gauges I have are metric, but the range of the needles is identical to English. I'm just waiting on Ofer's custom wiring harness to finish it off and install it. I hope it arrives later today in priority mail.
It was showing a delivery date of Friday, but it lied!
