It is a learning lesson. anywhere in AZ. or NV. the guys who work out side start there day before light and quit about 1:00 pm. You need a hat and to walk around drinking water continuosly. Man if I could only find a place that never gets above 80 degree and a gentle breeze all the time. Here in west texas if you work outside, need hat, fluids and if you get too hot seek shade. Yesterday reached 102 degree. I know you all know it by now, but you will feel like you are running a fever and the water blisters (bad) Hope you all get to feeling better soon.
