I think you read it wrong...... I highly doubt he was mad that the cops were stopping his daughter.... surely he was mad at the daughter.

That state is insane when it comes to speeding laws. Its all good though, because it works.... but it certainly isn't a state where you can expect to get any kindness from the cops.
