I'm going to buy mine in silver, but if they offered it, I would get it in true metallic hunter green or British Racing Green (the same shade on the Bullitt Mustang). That dark, rich green with white rally stripes is just awesome.
If I did get it in that color, I would seriously consider powder coating my rims flat black, or getting rims that are coated and keep the stock rims sepparate.
There's something very stately and at the same time very sporty about that shade of green. It's like a purist color.
