first, no idea about emmissions, got 3 years until I have to worry about it, but was told there wouldn't be a problem. secondly, I am sure MTI wouldn't mind if we meet in their parking lot on the way to Southeastcamaroz meeting, they aren't open on weekends, but I think it would probably be easier to meet closer to the HWY, MTI is not very close, so maybe painful. C&O show is cool, I was at the last one and it was huge, usually a handful of C5's there.
