Yep, there are two shown by Jannetty; 13 with just CAI, 15 with race scoop.
At C5F I ran the quarter all day bone stock. Ran 13.5-13.7 consistently. Added CAI and immediately ran 13.2. Don't think ~5hp is going to do that.
