I just shipped non-RS headlights through ups covered in bubble wrap, packaging material, and packing peanuts. same exact stuff my RS headlights arrived in just fine that were shipped USPS. Both headlights arrived to the buyer with the lenses smashed and 2 or 3 tabs broken. Plastic from the lenses all I'm the box so the buyer filed an insurance claim which got denied. UPS came to the conclusion they didn't break it in transportation.
