factory installed vs gm rally stripe kit
dont know if this was posted before or not.
just found out the factory installed rally stripes are 1" wider on each side(2" total) for the rear deck stripes
our dealer ordered a black v6 car with the factory installed grey rally stripes and our body shop went to install the customer ordered gm spoiler and spoiler stripe kit,, the spoiler went on fine but when they lined up the stripes they were not as wide as the factory installed stripes
we then compared the spoiler stripe size to my car that has the gm accessory rally stripe kit and they were the same size
i then measured my stripes(12 3/8" per side) compared to the factory installed stripes(13 3/8" per side)
