Yeah,When I checked with Harrop that's exactly what they said.
No real need to pin the crank if boost is kept below 8.5 pounds.The absence of the external jack shaft puts much less load on the crank and the belt would slip before the crank pulley ever could.
I like the clean new look that is similar to the Harrop unit.
