Edit: For anyone thinking about going this route, center caps were kind of a chore to find. I wound up ordering black ones for a 2017, and repainting them "Color Code: WA784U Satin Graphite (Wheel-matt)." That's a 2014 CTS-V wheel color, and is available from PaintScratch. It matched up very nicely.
