I ordered an IBM 2SS/RS on 10/13/08.

3300 4/18/09 @ 00:11:33
3100 4/18/09 @ 00:11:33
Can anyone tell me what 3100 means and why my car would go 3300 then immediately to 3100? Or is that normal?
