Took a look at it for you... Best bet is to just cut open a hole there so you can access it. Don't see any other way of doing this if I'm honest. Of course when you do that, you'll need to cut it in such a way to maintain the structural rigidity of that particular part up there. Only other way is to shove your hand up there to try to reach the knob, that of course will be a problem if you have large forearms such as myself, there's no way I could get my hands up there when the suspension is bolted down.
